CHAIRMAN

Engr. Tanvir Ahmed Siddique has long and successful track record of entrepreneurship in the manufacturing of pre-engineered steel building systems. He has also experience is real estate sector. He is the Chairman of Uttaran Structural Designers Limited, a real estate developer company and Director of Maritimus Limited, a ship building company. He has received has BSc in Civil Engineering from BUET and MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka.

ENGR. MD.REZWANUL MAMUN

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Engr. Md. Rezwanul Mamun, is a Civil Engineer, graduated from BUET and specialized in pre-engineered steel building system. He possesses comprehensive knowledge in design and construction of steel structure. He is also the managing Director of STEELMARK Building Ltd. and Director of Uttaran Structural Designers Limited, a real estate developer company , and director of maritimus Limited, a ship building company.

ENGR. AHMED HOSSAIN

DIRECTOR

Engr. Ahmed Hossain Possesses comprehensive knowledge in civil construction and telecom infrastructure development. After graduating from BUET IN Civil Engineering, he has completed his masters in Advanced Engineering Management from the same University. He was involved in the research project of Dhaka City Transport System under Govt. of Bangladesh.

WORKING AREA

Construction

Construction, supervision, management of various types of buildings in contract and/or turn-key basis. Industrial Building: Design, preparation of plan, supervision and construction management of industrial buildings – both civil and Pre-Engineered Steel works.

Steelmark runs its factory with highly skilled engineers and BOC certified workers. All the raw materials for the production of the building are directly imported from Australia, USA, Taiwan, China, Malaysia and some other countries. Steelmark has its capacity to fabricate more than 100MT of raw material per month.

The firm has already completed many projects including spinning, knitting, dyeing, garments factory and warehouses. Its project area ranges from 10,000 to 1,50,000 sft. Customers’ utmost satisfaction and high quality work, with best quality material, reasonable price and timely completion is of prime concern to the company.

Steelmark’s engineering background and keen interest to effectively contribute in the development sector in the country is its biggest strength. We have our own architectural and engineering design team, which enables us to be flexible and readily make adjustmentto any design as per demand of our clients. Our design team comprises of highly qualified and experienced Architects and Engineers, who possess comprehensive experience of apartment building projects. This helps us to come up with the best suited design for the valuable plots and gives the maximum comfort to the clients.
