Uttaran Structural Designers Ltd established in 2003 with the motto to work in the ever-growing construction sector in Bangladesh. At the beginning it starts as structural design and consultancy firm but soon after in 2005 Uttaran begins its journey as Real Estate developer. It started its project in the most valuable areas in Dhaka like Dhanmondi/Baridhara area and then starts its working arena all over Dhaka. Uttaran also involved in the general construction arena and has a vast experience in the civil work in the industrial sector.
Uttaran carries a slogan of “safest structure to live in” and has the capability to work by maintaining all latest building codes considering all earthquake detailing and safety measures.
