Installed Capacity: More than 6,000 tons of round and box SS pipe per year

Expanded Capacity: More than 20,000 tons of round and box SS pipe per year

Polishing Capacity: Around 1,000 tons per month

Pipe Length: Capable to produce variable length as per customer requirement. However, 6.1 meter (20ft) is the standard length.

Wall thickness: 0.4 mm to 4.0 mm

Welding: Latest model TIG welding arrangement.

Production Process: TIG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding) using Argon gas.

Polishing: High standard mirror polish, more than 4K finish. Also making Hairline finish.
Slitting Line

Marking: Embossed and printed with name, i.e., STEELMARK SS, Pipe Diameter/Size and Thickness

Electric Supply: 1,500 KVA electric line from Rural Electrification Board (REB) with 2,500 KVA back up diesel Generator from Cummins, UK.

Technical Support: Full time experienced graduate engineers in the production floor are available to supervise the production. A team of qualified graduate engineers and experienced technicians are equipped with modern machineries to ensure the quality of the finished products.

Factory Size: The production shed is of more than 60,000 sft. The raw material yard of 10,000 sft is kept separate to store enough raw materials for smooth production. An area of 20,000 sft is equipped with all modern facilities like gantry crane, weighing machine, stacking racks and others to park the finished goods before delivery. Ample vacant area in the factory is available for the expansion plan.
