Since UTTARAN Structural Designers Ltd. is an engineering company, we emphasize on the technical aspect of our apartment building projects. To ensure quality of works, we prefer to operate fewer numbers of projects simultaneously rather than large quantity of works. Although, being convinced by our smooth technical background, the landowners are often interested for joint venture projects with us, but presently we are interested to operate projects at prestigious locations in Dhaka City only. We believe that quality is more important than quantity.

We have already completed some apartment building projects at Paribag, Dhanmondi R/A, through which we have been able to satisfy our clients. Presently we have a number ongoing apartment projects at Uttara R/A, Khilgaon, Bokshibazar, Baridhara, Bashundhara, Sobhanbag, Mohammadpur, Mirpur and Lalmatia which are running smoothly.

Uttaran Structural Designers Ltd (Tower Building Section).

We have already supplied Banglalink with 113 monopole, stub-tower and four-legged self supported roof top tower. We fabricated the towers according to the designs developed by our design section and cross-checked by the respective authority of BUET and BUET professors.

We are also involved in the civil works of BTS room construction for Grameen Phone. We have an excellent team of engineers for the coordination of the civil works all over the country.

We are enlisted on Motorola Inc. for selection and acquisition of site for Warid GSM-1800 project. We have already completed acquisition of 15 sites in Chittagong division. We are also enlisted in Motorola Inc. for civil works including BTS room, machine room, tower foundation, boundary wall and other related works. Presently we are doing civil works of several roof-top and green-field sites an Chittagong and Cox’s Bazar district.
